Clean room, well located, in a great location for a one night stay before heading out via the ferry port. Staff were very helpful before and during our stay. Room was clean & quiet. We would stay here again in future.

Firstly, amazing staff thanks to Paola and the rest of the staff. The room we had was spacious, washroom is small but manageable and come w the following amenities-towels, 1 soap dispenser in the shower . The smell of the bathroom was a bit off putting but get use to it. The tv had all the subscriptions you can log into (YouTube, Netflix, prime etc…) location in itself is fantastic - close to the bus stops and major streets with restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, etc…. Overall fantastic place and even better amazing staff. Best thing they ever have is holding onto your luggage safely and you can do your own thing before checking in/leaving.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Liked the location and very friendly staff. Did not like the single unit was in the reception area. Also, the shower area was too small and exceedingly narrow. Zero hot water pressure at 0800 AM (no flow). Took a cold shower. Toilet water flow would occasionaly run continously and need plumbing repairs. No coffee or tea provided. No bottled water. Very thin mattress on a platform. Assigned unit served well as a one night crash pad, but not much more else. Reception opens at 0900, which makes an early departure challenging.

The property is modern and clean with everything you need. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. They are also very knowledgeable about the area and getting around. Would definitely recommend this hotel again and would stay again as close to amenities and transport but very quiet and safe .

Let me just begin by saying receptionist Anna was so helpful from the moment we arrived she had the best attitude. She helped us explaining the island and what they had to offer she also explained transportation and gave us good restaurant recommendations that were amazing. This place is super convenient it’s close by EVERYTHING. Don’t hesitate and book your stay.

Very nice studios in Fira

Markakis Studios offers nice apartments very close to the center of Fira. They are located in a quiet neighbourhood and offers a kind and informative service. We could have wished us a few more kitchenware in the kitchen, but I would highly recommend this place!

I had difficulty finding hotel, but once i did, staff were excellent! Very helpful with information. Single room was sufficient and even had kitchenette facilities if required. Bathroom had very good lighting. Shower had good pressure and water temp but was tiny. Lucky for me, so am I. Pool unheated, and for my mid Oct visit, it was too cool for me. Location convenient for rhe bus stop and shopping.

Paula and Ana are a true charm. Helped us with dinning, ATV, clubs, beaches, and shared time with us on the patio. The property is near everything. Its however away from the main streets so you have that quietness you need to rest. Room is adorable with all the amenities you need. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for an affordable accommodation. Staff is amazing and made our stay so much fun! Santorini we miss you already!!

My partner and I had the best time staying at Markakis Studio Fira!!! The value for location and money is definitely 5/5! It is literally 3min walk away to Fira Main Square, also walking distance to different sunset spots. The receptionists, Anna and Paola were super friendly and helpful. We checked in a few hours earlier and were allowed to use the pool while we waited for our room. We also did an amazing day Santorini tour organised by the villa for €40 each with a meeting point at the hotel right next door. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Markakis Studio :)

The true meaning of HOSPITALITY

Markakis Studios perfectly demonstrates the true meaning of hospitality. The staff was very attentive making us feel welcomed and comfortable, thus offering a "home away from home." The studio is very spacious providing a separation of space with the mini-kitchen and a patio outside. The location is very central and we like how close we were to the Fira Market, Svoronos Bakery, and restaurants on the Main Square. There was so much to do and see in Santorini during the week that we didn't have time to enjoy the pool. Also, thank you Joana for arranging our airport transportation.

A near by apartment complex close to the centre of the action and the bus station. A little of the beat track for a short distance off th main road. The room is quite basic with most ammenities in place. Quiet and handy. Front desk most helpful and happy to offer advise and describe key attractions. Maybe avoid room 15 as it is right outside reception.
