"The property is far from the central places, rooms are quite smaller than it appears in the photos, hotel didn't respond to the request at all and there was issue with their listing claiming to include breakfast but hotel front desk declining (Expedia internet to sort out). Overall, won't recommend the hotel for the office and inconvenience "

"Stay away from this hotel. The front of the hotel is falling down. The room was old with mold at the bottom of the walls. There is no management. The 2nd day when we arrived at 5 pm, the room was not done. I had to argue to get it done. The manager didn't apologize and the staff discussed between them who was going to clean the room. I will never go back to this hotel."

Many options for dinning and leisure relaxation with fantastic views of the city. The food was excellent. The service was above and beyond and very friendly and helpful. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was transported into a fairytale. Every person working within these walls plays a part in crafting a world of wonder, ensuring each guest is swept into a realm of enchantment, if only for a few nights. And they succeed—beautifully, effortlessly, wholeheartedly. They are the soul of the palace, the reason guests return time and again. They are the ones who breathe life into the kingdom. Here are just a few names I remember—though I wish I could recall them all. Rajnandani and Ishpreet both are guest relations (amazing) the front face of this amazing palace. Ram the driver, Ester at the spa, Chetan, Jakhang, Chand. Thank you for a truly magical and unforgettable stay. "

"Extremely pleased to stay at Five Elements Jodhpur . The hotel is extremely clean everywhere. The room was sound proof. Vegetarian food served at restaurant is freshly prepared and of superb quality. Every staff I came across was polite and helpful . Little increase in the water pressure in the bathroom is desired, but not essential.Only one shortcoming I could find after deep inspection is missing by of peep holes on room doors. 😊"
