The room had the hot water shut off. The air conditioning vent was missing. Overall the experience of the room was terrible. The floor was filled with paint leftovers. Staff did not even suggested moving rooms.

The front desk questioned me several times about the booking and I felt because I was dressed in basketball shorts and muscle shirt I was being judged a bit even after showing the itinerary as if I was lying. But once confirmed her attitude changed. ..."
