Sensacional!

Estava curiosa para conhecer o Divisa, e com altas expectativas. Costumo ser exigente com as escolhas de hotel, pois se é para tirar férias, que realmente possa curtir e descansar! Dito isto, o Dívisa realmente me surpreendeu: o atendimento ágil, cordial e de excelência da recepção, recreação, funcionários do restaurante, fazendinha, motoristas, enfim, sensacional. A comida é deliciosa, o que me deixava apreensiva, pois não é incomum que hotéis com pensão completa e/ou all inclusive pequem neste quesito, não é o caso do Divisa. Meu filho tem 10 anos, e aproveitou, se divertiu muito! Já saiu querendo saber a data do retorno, pois adorou as tias da recreação (o que também é um milagre ele fazer questão de ficar na idade que tem), encantado com os animais da fazendinha, com a comida, piscina, enfim, indico de olhos fechados. Espero que a qualidade se mantenha, que em breve estaremos de volta!

Foi bem legal, mas o acesso é bem longo e dificil em dias de chuva. Tinha pouca opcao de refeicoes e somente no mesmo local. Falta de comunicacao sobre as atividades e possibilidades que o hospede teria.

Lugar incrível

Resort belíssimo. Funcionários extremamente solícitos. Check in e check out rápidos. Clima bom (sem chuva) facilita os deslocamentos (dormitórios ficam em espaços diferentes do lazer, das refeições, da academia). Muito espaço ao ar livre para explorar. Não conseguimos bicicletas disponíveis. Piscina incrível! Caiaque e stand up. Café da manhã e da tarde muito saborosos (não era um buffet enorme, mas tinha boas opções). Jantar: sequência. Almoço: buffet (também não enorme, mas com boas opções). Penso poderiam ter nos dado mais detalhes a respeito da alimentação, dos horários, das atividades. Mas fomos descobrindo e vivendo a experiência.

Lugar distinto e melhorias para um maior bem estar

Comida razoável, cama para as crianças razoável, mais que um dia de hospedagem precisa de armário para as roupas, ótimo a banheira na sacada, vista maravilhosa, o tempo não ajudou então não apreciamos a piscina externa , salão de jogos muito bacana, bar em frente ao lago muito agradável . Via de acesso muito tensa para veículos convencionais , não 4x4, em caso de chuvas. Veículo elétrico deve escolher o caminho da barragem do salto. Pessoas bem educadas e gentis .

Pontos positivos: instalações bonitas, aconchegantes e de boa qualidade. Lençóis e toalha excelentes. O espaço do resort é muito bem cuidado, bonito e ótimo para caminhadas. A fazendinha é uma atração muito legal para famílias com crianças, há animais de diferentes espécies e muito bem cuidados. Silêncio, paz e tranquilidade para quem procura um estadia para relaxar em meio a natureza. O café da manhã é espetacular (somente me deixou muito decepcionado é a máquina de café não ter a opção de espresso ou latte, algo simples que qualquer hotel de 500 reais têm) se quiser um espresso, precisa pagar. A melhorar: os meios de divulgação do hotel não deixam claro o que constam no all inclusive (site, Instagram e nem nas informações passadas pelo WhatsApp no check in). Apenas suco e água são gratuitos, e se quiser pegar no frigobar do seu quarto, terá que pagar. Obs: o restaurante ficava uns 500 metros da acomodação. Não gostamos da qualidade da alimentação, ela é apenas boa, mas não chega no padrão de hotéis com diária acima de 2 mil reias. -

Péssimo

Deixou muito a desejar. Primeira noite o ar condicionado não funcionou e passamos muito frio. Estavamos com um bebe de um ano. Poderiam também ter nos informado que a chegada a noite com chuva não é recomendável pois é muito ruim chegar no lugar. Faltou atenção nos detalhes. Na segunda noite em razão do ar não funcionar nos proporcionaram um downgrade de quarto. Um quarto mínusculo. Ficaram de estornar a diferença de valor mas até agora nada. A comida do hotel é ok, mas nada para o valor pago para um resort. Não recomendo e não voltaremos.

Experiência de All Inclusive Sensacional

Hotel muito bom, com quartos excelentes e roupas de cama de altíssima qualidade. Comidas de alto padrão, bebidas um pouco a desejar pois não tinha espumante, mas com vinhos e bebidas variadas de qualidade. Tivemos 2 imprevistos e demoraram muito pra resolver ocasionando um desconforto desnecessário pela recepção, tirando esse imprevisto nota 9,0!
