Atendimento e estadia TERRÍVEIS

Atendimento terrível. Estava pago e me cobraram. Banho frio. Não trocaram as toalhas. Cartão desmagnetizava toda hora, um dia ficamos 20min esperando para conseguir entrar. Mas o pior de tudo foi o atendimento, supervisora extremamente arrogante, usando ironia e com muita má vontade.

Foi boa, o atendimento foi otimo, o restaurante o maestro é fantastico e com preços bem acessiveis. O quarto deixou a desejar a janela dava para um corredor entao tive que manter fechada o tempo todo. Falta guarda sois na piscina tem apenas 2, o sol mesmo no inverno é 35 graus. Fica dificil ficar tomando este sol direto. A praia é em frente e linda.

O hotel tem ótima localização, em frente a praia, com shopping perto e vários barzinhos e restaurantes. A única observação negativa é que ficamos 2 dias no hotel e não tivemos serviço de arrumação e limpeza dos quartos. Meu esposo encontrou a camareira no corredor e solicitou toalhas limpas. Mas no restaurante o hotel é bom.

Ótima localização, perto de tudo, praia, barracas, restaurantes, mercado. Vale a pena para quem quer aproveitar São Luis e as praias da Av. Litorânea.

De graça ainda seria caro.

O hotel é antigo, mas isso não justifica estar em péssimas condições. O meu quarto tinha uma cama com a base toda rasgada e uma mesa envergada. O café da manhã não tinha capacidade para receber todos os hóspedes,.o que eu acho um absurdo. A localização não vale o esforço e o serviço não vale o preço. Único ponto positivo: o estacionamento é grátis.

Razoável para menos.

Muito que melhorar, principalmente o café da manhã. Passei 6 seis diárias e tudo a mesma coisa básica. Sem secador de cabelo. Sem toalha de banho grátis mesmo pra a piscina, que é horrível. O que salva é a localização de frente para o mar, balneabilidade tolerável, sem poluição, e com muita opção de bar e restaurante próxima. São Luíz não tem muita opção de bons hoteis.

Boa localização, em frente à praia. Hotel conta com bom café da manhã além de um restaurante com cardápio variado, que funciona até às 23h. O quarto e o banheiro são amplos, mas já demonstram sinais de que precisam de reforma. O banheiro merece uma boa limpeza, pois o box está encardido (fiquei no apartamento 316)

Boa noite. A experiência fio terrível ao realizar o "Check-in", não fomos bem atendidas. As recepcionistas nos deixaram cerca de 2 horas e meia plantadas na portaria sem nos dá um justificativa razoável, ao invés de nos informar o real motivo da demora, nós tratou com desdém, foram indiferentes. Nunca me sentir tão desrespeitada em minha vida. O problema foi apenas no"Check-in", a estadia foi boa.

Péssima estadia, nunca fui tão mal atendida em um hotel na minha vida. Se recusaram a fornecer travesseiro extra, apesar de ter piscina é necessário pagar pelo uso de toalhas, se recusaram a esquentar a marmitinha da minha bebê. Por fim, apesar de ter questionado várias vezes a respeito do funcionamento do serviço de quarto no dia 12/06 e a resposta ter sido afirmativa, no dia não estava funcionando e tive que me virar com um bebê em busca de comida. Pra completar, ficaram me assediando após o checkout porque simplesmente esqueceram de me cobrar. Fujam desse hotel, péssimo estabelecimento.
