Primeiro que um hotel de alto porte em plena alta temporada funcionar somente um elevador os hóspedes ficavam muito tempo esperando o elevador principalmente na hora do café da manhã. Outro ponto que o café da manhã era o mesmo todos os dias não tinha mudança do que era servido e pouca variedade. Fora isso o quarto ( as acomodações) ok
