The studio is spacious and complete with warm tones and a balcony overlooking the city. This is an accommodation for those looking for practicality and comfort, as it has a kitchen, comfortable bed, built-in carpentry and air conditioning. In addition to the apartment being wonderful, the building in which it is located has a swimming pool, gym, laundry (paid), and is next to the República metro station, making it convenient to access the city.
For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.
It is not permitted to receive visitors.
The building offers laundry facilities for a fee in its common areas, outside the apartment.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.
Stained bed linen and towels may incur charges. Do not use the layette to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.
Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.
We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.
