For a relatively expensive hotel, the level of cleanliness was disappointing. Almost all of the towels and sheets had stains and holes. I spilled some water, and wiped it up with a towel, and the towel came away covered in brown dirt - so they were not mopping the place effectively at all.

I didn’t give 5 stars to Property Conditions item because the floor of my room (1407) has very notorious scratches. This exception, has no impact over the excellent experience I had as a guest. I definetely would stay back at this hotel!. Thank you!

Atendimento muito bom, (principalmente no check-in), localização privilegiada, quarto e cama muito confortáveis, chuveiro ótimo e café da manhã nada excepcional, mas gostoso. Único pequeno contratatempo foi no check-out, quando tinha apenas 1 funcionária atendendo e vários outros hóspedes e eu ficamos mais 30 minutos aguardando, até que outro funcionário apareceu, mas mesmo com essa questão, considero uma ótima estada, no geral.

Durante a estadia, utilizei o aplicativo para solicitar um serviço de quarto e sem saber o motivo, meu pedido foi cancelado. Não ligaram para avisar que não poderia atender ao pedido. Utilizei a academia e o filtro de água estava em manutenção… Sugiro, nestes casos, deixar água disposição dos hóspedes. Precisei trocar meu cartão 3 vezes porque simplesmente não conseguia ser lido na porta e no elevador.
