The appartement was much better than expected. Clean and comfortable, 1 hard bed and one soft matrass. It was silent at night. Only wifi was not working in the room, only in the corridor and lobby.

Excelente hotel com ótima localização

Segunda vez que fico neste hotel, na primeira vez foi excelente, e nesta segunda vez também, recepção muito cordial, pessoal do café da manhã maravilhosos, mas teve uma situação dessa vez que me chamou a atenção do pessoal que faz a limpeza dos quartos no quinto andar, conversas nos corredores aos gritos bem do lado da porta que eu estava, isso aconteceu no domingo e segunda pela manhã perto das 9:30 da manhã, é um ponto para o hotel melhorar. Mas recomendo o hotel, que fica perto da estação de metrô república, a segurança no entorno do hotel me pareceu estar melhor.

O check-in foi otimo. O rapaz que nos atendeu superou as nossas expectativas. A limpeza boa. A cama não muito confortável mais os lençol estavam limpos. O CHUVEIRO estava quebrado a maçaneta e quando ligava saia a água saia para todos os lados menos na direção certa. O hotel em si nas áreas comuns muito sujo, pisos, os elevadores, paredes. O único lugar limpo mesmo foi dentro do quarto.

experencia não muito boa

Hotel extremamente velho, aspecto de sujo, no dia da chegada de deram um quarto horrivel, banheiro fedendo a fossa, parades do quatro suja, cortinas pior ainda, chuveiro não esquentava a agua quente, pia do banheiro deploravel, no dia seguinte solicitei a troca e me deram um quatro um pouco melhor, porém o banheiro com o mesmo problema fedendo a fossa, café da manha o basico do basica, quanto ao atendimento todos foram solicitos e agradeveis um ponto positivo,

Quarto 411 o chuveiro é terrível. Fora que é uma loucura de madrugada no corredor. Porta batendo, gente falando ao telefone, gente falando alto (isso na madrugada). Se precisas de um lugar para descansar, não é bom! Fomos embora próximo das 5h porque foi impossível descansar.

Custo benefício bom.

O hotel é simples, sem luxo. A cama era confortável, dormi muito bem todos os dias. Os funcionários são solícitos e muito educados. O café da manhã não tem muitas variações mas o que foi servido estava gostoso. Fica a 2 quadras da estação de metro República.

A hospedagem foi tranquila, o que me deixa um pouco incomodado é o fato da televisão não ser smart tv, o que poderia ser ajustado pelo hotel comprando Fire tv ou Roku, um aparelho que transforma a tv em Smart, em relação a segurança, me senti bastante seguro, pelo motivo da polícia sempre está na porta. Cama um pouco confortável, lençóis limpos e cheirosos.
