Moderno e luxuoso

O hotel é novo, o quarto é moderno, confortável, banheiro incrível, com uma vista linda da cidade. O lobby, bar do rooftop e a piscina também são lindíssimos. Destaque para o jantar no Gero, a comida e o atendimento são impecáveis. Não gostei muito do salão do café da manhã, achei o ambiente frio e acabei pedindo café da manhã no quarto várias vezes. A localização do hotel também é excelente.

Chegamos cansando-se de viagem e o quarto não estava pronto. Fomos para o quarto às 16:50 e ficamos esperamos no saguão, ou seja, q 1h50min dps do check in. Não ofereceram NADA para nós nem um café.Já no café da manhã o café só foi chegar dps que acabamos de comer.

It’s a nice hotel but definitely overpriced. It’s really a three star hotel not a five star. Breakfast is very expensive and selection is limited. Overall experience is OK, but not something I would recommend it as a must stay.

Em soft opening

Quarto muito confortável,elegante,marca registrada da rede Fasano. Alguns pontos, entretanto, merecem destaque: a comunicação hóspede/funcionários não atende as expectativas. Liguei de Congonhas para confirmar se o Gero ainda estaria aberto, informaram que fecha uma hora a menos do que consta na Internet. Não haveria outra opção para o hóspede, fora o room service. Ao chegar, recepção informou que o bar do rooftop serve prato principal. Já havia parado em um restaurante. Quis conhecer o bar do rooftop para um drink, todas as mesas vazias porém reservadas. Não abriram exceção. Entramos e saímos e ng havia chegado (19:30), pq o bar tb fecha e reabre uma hora depois. Enfim, o hóspede fica sem opção se não quiser sair do hotel. Precisam reconsiderar. Ajustes que acredito que serão feitos após esse período inicial do hotel.
