Great area, great hotel overall.

Really liked the hotel overall. Breakfast was nice. I like the modern style. The service was hit or miss - some people very good, then some people who don’t belong. Bed was comfortable. EXCELLENT area.

I don’t have any huge complains about the hotel, it just wasn’t the best experience I’ve had. The rooms are comfortable, however the WiFi does not work at night - our show kept buffering every 5-10 minutes and even social media was hard to us. The food was decent but not delicious. It was also inconsistent, the portion size and presentation would change on the daily. Overall, I would probably stay here again if better options weren’t available.

I arrived 2 hours early and they didn’t allow me to check in unless I would pay R$400. I never had that problem before, if the room is ready why not just allow the costumer to check in? I do not appreciate the staff. Hotel was good. Room was good.

Hotel decadente.

Quartos estão decadentes. Banheiros idem. Máquina de ar condicionado fica dentro do quarto gerando um barulho horrível. Reserrvei dois quartos e o ar do quarto da unidade 406 não gelava. Reclamei e o problema não foi resolvido. 3 diárias de puro desconforto. Café da manhã também deixa muito a desejar. Dificilmente voltarei a ficar nesse hotel novamente
