No heating option on the A/C

The hotel has a perfect location. Very nice and comfortable room (I took the nonbasic King room). Nice service and very clean. My only complaint is about the A/C. They don't have an option for heating. I had two cold nights that I was freezing in the room. The hotel doesn't have any heater to provide. I don't recommend of this hotel on cold days or if you suffer from cold weather.

The onyl thing I liked about this stay is the location and the breakfast. The room was updated and small. The toilet clogged and instead of moving us to another room they brought in a plunger dragged it all over the room and unclogged the toilet with us there. They didn't even clean up afterward! We didn't even clog the toilet it was stuck when we got there but we were out all day that we didn't get a chance to call it in until we return. Anyway, the breakfast was great.

De forma geral foi muito boa. Uns pequenos ajustes no café da manhã . Falta um Cappuccino. Um pouco mais de frutas. Não consegui me servir de leite quente, todas vezes estava fazia o vasilhame. Mas, no geral o café da manhã é bom.

Hotel em decepcionou um pouco. Estive no Melia que está ao lado faz umas semanas e o Inside me pareceu bem inferior. Deixou a desejar no serviço de quarto que encerra muito cedo, fui pedir água de madrugada (que não tinham colocado) e tive que descer na recepção pra pegar. Outra coisa que achei inadequado é não terem guarda chuvas para emprestar aos hóspedes. Fomos jantar perto do hotel e estava chovendo muito, fui obrigado a comprar um guarda chuva somente para ir ao restaurante. No resto o hotel é ok, quartos novinhos e limpeza boa.

Faça a opção pelos quartos já reformados.

O hotel está em processo de renovação, segundo nos foi informado pela Gerencia. Desta vez, ficamos hospedados no apto. 501 (quinto andar) que ainda nao foi atualizado, a cama e os enxovais eram de boa qualidade, mas o quarto em si precisa de reforma urgente, cortinas antigas, umidade aparente, secador de cabelo do banheiro velho, etc. Recomendo que optem por unidade já reformada, no padrão Meliá. O ponto positivo e de destaque do hotel é a recepção, atendimento rápido muito cortez de toda a equipe. Nota 10! O café da manhã, que parece ser terceirizado para o restaurante que opera no hotel, na minha opinião, poderia ser muito melhor e mais variado, com ofertas e variedades de frutas e iogurtes, por exemplo, especialmente destinados à crianças. Se estiver hospedado por mais de 03 noites, você certamente irá "enjoar" do café da manhã, justamente pela falta de variedade. No mais, o hotel possui uma localização excelente, no melhor ponto do Itaim, próximo ao comércio e dos melhores restaurantes da região.
