Affordable, clean, and conveniently located near tourist attractions. Great value for the price. The only downside was parking, although advertised as onsite, it was “full” upon arrival. They do have a garage in the same hotel, but it comes with an additional nightly charge.

Hotel itself looked clean but shower walls need a good scrub and bleach to remove black mildew. Fridge in room but nothing in it. I arrived late and had to buy water from restaurant next to it because no water in room or check in desk, luckily I asked if they had in the room so I grabbed some before heading to the room. No hair dryer or iron is offered in room anylonger

The best of all is the staffs all very friendly food always fresh . The lady that clean my room everyday her name is Neide , she was amazing very kind and helpful person. I was recovering from a surgery and she made sure everyday I had what I need .

Funcionários de parabéns.

Ao contrário de outros Ibis onde já me hospedei, neste em especial, os funcionários são muito atenciosos, educados, solícitos e de boa vontade. Modelo a ser copiado pelos outros hotéis da rede. O ponto negativo é o restaurante. Bagunçado, desorganizado, almoço e jantar deprimentes, nunca tinha visto um arroz tão duro e seco além do prato vir frio.

OBRA INCOVENIENTE

O hotel era bom, mas ha uma obra na rua em frente que atrapalha os hospedes. Fecham a rua de noite e nao há como embarcar ou desembarcar de carros. Precisa andar na poeira ate a esquina mais proxima.

O problema está no atendimento do checkin. Chegamos às 1h da manhã e só havia uma pessoa atendendo. Ficamos mais de 30 min para sermos chamados e já havíamos adiantado todos os dados por telefone, antecipadamente

Bom no geral

O café da manhã é bom no geral, porém os ovos mexidos estavam com cheiro muito estranho e o café coado tinha pó, isso deixou muito a desejar, um ponto extremamente negativo é em relação às camareiras, conversa alta e muito barulho na hora da limpeza, foram que foram bater na porta para ver se havia gente, o que atrapalhou em muito a qualidade no meu sono na minha estadia, pois precisava dormir até mais tarde devido a uma viagem de madrugada e não consegui descansar para poder continuar dirigindo na estrada, falta organização nesse aspecto. Outro ponto é a tv, quem a fixou não tem a mínima noção de ergonomia, impossível assistir deitado.
