Reasonable hotel

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days with friend. Safe and nice area to stay. Breakfast could be better if they are a 4 star hotel. I can stay again. Especially i will recommand their front desk. Very helpful staff. Did everything so we could get a nice experience in Sao Paulo. Especially Danielle very nice and helpfull person. She is an important asstet for Park Inn.

First Time Staying in Brooklyn Novo Area.

First room they sent me to smelled badly of smoke, obviously previous occupant had smoked inside of it even though this is a non-smoking hotel. I pointed this out to the Maid who was in the room next door, she was oblivious to this obviously a smoker herself. Also the room safe did not work. Immediately went back to reception and asked for a different room. This room was better but it had a high jacuzzi type bathtub and it was difficult for me to get in and out of due to a bad knee.during my stay. Breakfast was not that great, food was not kept warm is was always cold and limited selection. Staff was nice and laundry service efficient. The area the hotel was located in "Brooklyn Novo" is a nice safe area with many restaurants nearby. Can recommend the area. Would I stay at this property again next trip, maybe, but may look for an alternative property close by.

Not In Anyway Up To Radisson Standards

This property is located in a very nice area of Sao Paulo, much to do around. Was assigned a room went to the room and checked it out. Again as is typical 50% at All Hotels, the room safe did not work. They room had a bad smoking odor inside. I had to ask for a different room. Next room was "ok" but the bathtub was a problem. It was a jacuzzi type tub in which the sides were really high, I have a bad knee and it was difficult getting in and out of the tub. Breakfast limited selection and again served cold food because of no warming trays. Area around the hotel very nice and relatively safe. Lots of restaurants convenient stores etc. Property even though it is not that old needs to be remodeled. Few chairs in the lobby to sit in and those available are horribly uncomfortable. I would definitely stay again in this "Brooklyn Novo" neighborhood, but not at this hotel again.

Logo que cheguei fui no horário do almoço mas na realidade queria somente um lanche. Após realizar meu pedido o rapaz estava totalmente desinformado sobre as opções, pessoal comendo outros mostrando perfume inclusive borrifando perto da minha chicara de café. Demorou 20 minutos para receber um pão de forma com 1 fatia de queijo e presunto. Horrível. Pedi para o gerente da recepção me ajudar e ele me passou contato de outro responsável. Paguei 40 reais pelo péssimo serviço. Pergunto eu não são eles que tevem resolver em vez de eu ligar.

Alarme de incêndio

Impossível de descansa nesse hotel , o alarme de incêndio dispara várias vezes a noite e na madrugada , ainda para piorara sirene do andar era na porta do meu quarto , fui reclamar lá na recepção do barulho, já havia outros hóspedes reclamando e o recepcionista falou que era assim mesmo disparava toda hora , expliquei falei que tinha que ser feito uma manutenção já que o alarme não pode ficar tocando a toa até pq qd for de verdade nem os próprios funcionários vão agir …… o recepcionista simplesmente ignorou e falou que isso não iria mudar , que todos os dias fica alarmando . Foi a pior noite , várias vezes com o alarme disparando …. Nunca mais
