Fiquei decepcionada com alguns pontos da minha estadia. Um prestador de serviço entrou no quarto e pisou no tapete com os sapatos sujos, o que considero uma falta de cuidado inaceitável num hotel que se propõe a oferecer conforto e atenção aos detalhes. Além disso, a porta do banheiro não oferece privacidade mínima — um erro de projeto básico que compromete totalmente a experiência. Por fim, a luminária do quarto estava quebrada, o que mostra falta de manutenção preventiva. São falhas simples, mas que juntas revelam inferioridade às 5 estrelas.

Fiquei hospedada recentemente no hotel e gostaria de deixar uma avaliação construtiva. A estrutura é muito boa, a equipe é atenciosa e o hotel demonstra uma clara intenção de se posicionar no segmento de luxo. No entanto, acredito que ainda há pontos importantes a serem ajustados para que a experiência seja, de fato, compatível com essa proposta. O principal ponto de atenção e que infelizmente comprometeu minha experiência foi o serviço de alimentação no quarto. O cardápio apresenta uma proposta de alta gastronomia, mas a entrega final está muito aquém do que se propõe. A comida não condiz com a descrição nem com o padrão do hotel. E quando um prato sofisticado é mal executado, o impacto negativo é ainda maior do que seria com algo mais simples. Nesse caso, menos seria mais. Teria preferido uma opção mais simples, como um bom macarrão à bolonhesa ou um prato com gostinho de comida de mãe, do que uma proposta sofisticada mal entregue. Senti falta de opções com sabores do dia a dia comidas afetivas, leves, familiares. Gostaria, portanto, de sugerir uma revisão no cardápio do serviço de quarto. Hoje, ele é totalmente voltado para uma gastronomia elaborada, mas a ausência de pratos simples acaba deixando uma lacuna importante. Um arroz com frango, uma massa clássica, uma sopa caseira, são exemplos de refeições de execução mais fácil, mas que têm o poder de acolher e agradar. Comida de casa também é luxo.
