Unexpected surprise.

During the check-in, we were informed of the need for a card on file for incidentals. Not a big deal the charge is usually something reasonable. This place it is 300 reals per night per person charged up front. For my two night stay it was a 1200 reals authorization on my card. It was almost as much as I paid for the two night stay. This was not made clear at the time of the booking. I did receive and email that a charge of up to one nights stay may be needed, but no mention was made of a per person per night stay. Rest of the stay was ok. Breakfast was outstanding, the room was clean, and housekeeping was spot on. Saying that the light switch’s are super confusing and not the easiest to operate.

Excellent stay. The staff is very helpful and everyone is so polite. The restaurant downstairs is incredible - one of our favorite meals in the city. The area felt very safe and has a nice cafe down the street, as well as a convenience store and a market, and it’s steps away from Paulista avenue. The room was small for 2 people and a bit dark due to the building right across from it (no view at all). The shower however was amazing! Would definitely stay there again.

De novo essa PALHAÇADA de colocar em quarto adaptado para PNE. Eu não pedi quarto adaptado e eles colocam o hóspede lá. Banheiro entupido, não tem pressão de água no chuveiro e nenhum local para apoiar itens de higiene no banheiro (por ser adaptado). Era mais fácil não reservar o quarto e deixar o quarto especial para quem realmente dele precisa (melhorando obviamente a qualidade do quarto que estava baixíssima).

Já ficamos 3 vezes no hotel e essa foi a pior experiência de todas. Colocaram em um quarto adaptado para cadeirante cujo banheiro não tinha sequer um ponto de apoio para colocar itens de higiene pessoal (por ser adaptado). Eu não reservei quarto para pessoa com necessidades especiais. O chuveiro era péssimo. Fiquei extremamente desapontado.

El hotel es muy bonito, de buen gusto, en una excelente ubicación. Pero el personal que atiende en el hotel no tienen experiencia en hoteleria. Son indiferentes. Poco recursivos , y ni ninguno habla inglés, ni siquiera lo elemental, La única que nos atendió bien fue Mikaela. Pésimo servicio al cliente. Un desperdicio de hotel.

Me encantó el Hotel Qoya!!! El personal super atento, el bar y roomservice abierto 24 horas y con comida deli y un servicio de primera, la piscina en el Rooftop, la decoración, las pantiuflas (que puedes comprarlas y son comodisimas y lindas), la cama y la ducha buenazas!! Todo estuvo excelente!!
