Ótima opção em Alphaville

Foi minha primeira vez no hotel e me surpreendeu. Embora não seja novo, o quarto estava bem decorado, cama queen bem confortável, itens de cama bem cheirosos. O quarto possui itens como ferro de passar roupa, um bom secador, chaleira elétrica, frigobar bem abastecido, além dos snacks. Outra facilidade do hotel é a opções de restaurantes bem próximos podendo ir a pé.

Moro nos USA , foi a terceira vez que me hospedei. Boa localização. Café da manhã muito bom. Os quartos precisam de um upgrade , vazamento no banheiro. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Pedi um iFood ( levaram até o quarto),o que me agradou muito . Já fiz uma nova reserva para o mês de agosto. Hotel muito prático para para estadia de 3 noites. Vou com frequência para eventos em Alphaville. Eu super recomendo pela localização e praticidade. Pra quem procura um hotel apenas para descansar e dormir é bem viável. Outra coisa que me agradou bastante foi que eles liberaram o quarto 2 horas antes do check in. Tinha acabado de chegar de um voo internacional e estava precisando de um banho e descanso . Hotel precisa urgente de reforma! Vazava água por todos os lados do box, porta do banheiro estufada de tanta água que vaza. Toalhas muito velhas e duras, parecia pano de chão. Deveriam perder a classificação de 4 estrelas. Atendimento razoável! O ponto positivo está no atendimento do Adson da recepção, muito educado e solicito para ajudar!
