Great option for Jardins/Pinheiros/Paulista

Wonderful new hotel, which is hard to find in Paulista area of SP. A little bit of a walk to main restaurants in Jardins, but otherwise very centrally located to Uber everywhere. Room and bed were super comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was great.

Housekeeping standard lacking

There was a red stain on the sheet and also the comfortable cover was ripped. I took pictures and showed the front desk staff, they were not overly apologetic. Bed was very stiff, breakfast was no frill and had a good variety.

Great team, friendly and supportive with a number of team members having a good understanding of the English language. The building and rooms recently renovated and very comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast choices are broad enough to accommodate any dietary requirements. The Raddison Pinheiros was the perfect hotel for our needs. It is a beautiful new hotel, all of the staff were very nice and very helpful. They served an excellent breakfast. Issac who works at the front desk was very good and particularly helpful.
