Disappointed

The place was a beautiful place and location was great. The room was very comfortable and clean. We did have problems and did not have water to our shower the first night there. They could not mive us to a comparable room but they did allow us to go to a different room to shower unfortunately it was not convenient in any way. They were also experiencing elevator difficulties and we had to use the service elevator which us very slow as everyone had to do the same. I was hoping for some kind of compensation for the stay seems how we had no shower in our room until the next morning. I figured they would do something bit did not. Very disappointed in the lack of trying to male it right.

Bom café da manhã, mas fomos mandados para um quarto sem telefone, agua quente e secador (nada ligava, na verdade). Nos trocaram de quarto prontamente. Razoável também por ter apenas 3 travesseiros baixos.

Pior banho que já tomei na vida. Não volto mais!

O pior chuveiro que já usei na minha vida. Saia um pingo de água, a regulagem de temperatura era horrível também. Foi a pior experiência de banho que já tive na vida! Reclamei na recepção e só disseram que os chuveiros eram bons e ignoraram. Não recomendo.

Tenho algumas observações a fazer no apto que fiquei tem bidê e funcionando muito mal , secador de cabelo não funcionante , porquê não reclamei saia cedo e chegava tarde do curso e queria só lembrava do defeito quando ia usar....Quando vão avaliar se o apto está pronto para ocupação deveria ser testado tudo .....dentro do mesmo. Sugestão!!!!!!

A estadia foi muito confortável. As acomodações são exatamente como estava no anúncio. Bom atendimento na recepção, apartamento e sanitário estava muito limpo. Cama e travesseiro honestos. Muito bom café da manhã. Com certeza reornarei ao hotel residence.

Infelizmente havia apenas um elevador funcionando no hotel, e isso se transformou em um transtorno, esperei quase 20 minutos para conseguir descer para o café e novamente um bom tempo para voltar ao quarto.

O quarto era um pouco mais antigo, porém, esse era o menor dos problemas. Cheio de mofo, limpeza deixava a desejar. Precisa de manutenção URGENTE. O chuveiro a água não escorria, ficava uma piscina nos pés, ou seja, vc ficava pisando no esgoto para tomar banho. O vaso estava entupido. A luz do quarto piscava, parecendo um filme de terror. Secador não funcionava. Mal cuidado e condições muito ruins. Faltou o mínimo para ser bom. Foi uma noite apenas, mas eu não voltaria.

Boa localização com problemas de manutenção

A localização é boa, com fácil acesso a rodovia e deslocamentos em Barueri. Café da manhã bom e farto. Limpeza boa e roupas de cama limpas e em bom estado. Atendimento bom. Como em toda a região, estacionamento caro. Precisa de atenção na manutenção. No primeiro quarto que obtivemos havia uma cama com um dos pés quebrado. No segundo, o secador de cabelos vibrava tanto que impedia o uso. O chuveiro precisa de ajuste e limpeza. O cofre não funcionava.
