Central, great ambiance - super value!

Great hotel, very centrally located on paulista. Great breakfast - large rooms. Bathroom a tad outdated but still very decent. Vila Gale always offers super great value for money, very nicely designed hotel with nice theme and great ambiance!

Great place to stay

The hotel was great, from the moment we entered and greeted by Renato. Renato was friendly and very helpful every time we say him, along with all other staff that were at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area was clean and relaxing. Breakfast in the morning had a great selection of food. Location was great and we always felt safe. Easy to walk to some cool areas for shopping and eating, as well it was very close to the subway. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very nice but the rooms are old and not very nice. Kind of like a Motel 6 in the USA. Free breakfast is a joke, and the pool is not a pool, it’s small and only a couple of feet deep. The pictures do not show how the hotel really is.

Estada um pouco conturbada

É a segunda vez que fico no VG Paulista e gosto muito por isso voltei, mas dessa segunda vez tivemos que trocar de quarto 3 vezes porque o ar condicionado parou de funcionar de madrugada e nos deram um downgrade. Durante o dia nós trocaram para outro quarto que também não funcionava o ar condicionado e por fim nos deram um quarto que funcionava o ar condicionado. Isso foi bem chato e desgastante. Não quisemos reclamar mais, mas creio poderiam ter nos feito um agrado durante a estada o que não aconteceu. Apesar disso destaco a Vitória da recepção que sempre foi cortês, gentil e sempre se pôs a disposição. Staff bem simpático e prestativo.

Boa localização e atendimento.

Achei o atendimento e a localização excelentes. A cama, travesseiros e cobertor muito bons também. Acredito que o café da manhã poderia ser melhor. O banheiro não é bom, apesar do chuveiro ser ótimo. A iluminação do quarto não é boa, principalmente para mulheres, que precisam fazer maquiagem.

NAO FICAREI HOSPEDADA NOVAMENTE

Achei o quarto claustrofóbico, nao existe a possibilidade de abrir janela/porta para ventilação natural. Mesmo c a Lei que impede a abertura total, poderia colocar uma abertura pequena para entrar ar no quarto. Alem disso, fui maltratada pelo manobrista qdo perguntei de quem era o carro q estava parado na marquize do hotel, pois c duas malas pesadas, precisaria que o Uber parasse na rampa da marquize. Ele me ignorou solenemente. Achei grosseiro c uma hospede solicitando o obvio. Outro ponto é o cafe da manha que nunca estava completo (sempre faltavam os ovos) as 06:30. A atendente sempre gentil, fritava os meus resolvendo o problema, ms poderiam estar disponíveis no horario. Nao ficarei novamente nesse hotel.

Muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras de la avenida Paulista, cerca de restaurantes y con una estación de metro justo al lado. La habitación cómoda, limpia y amplia. El desayuno bueno, aunque podría ser más un poco más variado. Lo recomiendo y en una nueva oportunidad no dudaría en volver a alojarme en Vila Gale Paulista

Very expensive for the low quality

Very dirty room. No one washes the floor. Rude reception. They wanted to charge me 100 BRL because a friend visited me! Uncomfortable bed with hard pillows that gave me headache. Only breakfast was good at this hotel.
