About this property

Beautiful and spacious house with 4 bedrooms, a veranda with hammocks, and a garden.

  • Beautiful house, 350 m from Sahy Beach. Complete privacy, large lot surrounding the house—2,000 m². The street’s night security guard post is across from our parking area, which can accommodate 4 cars. This is perfect for those who love to relax, enjoy nature, and spot squirrels, toucans, and other animals. The house is simple but very comfortable, with an open kitchen featuring a wooden countertop and a balcony with plenty of hammocks to enjoy nature. It has 3 bathrooms with showers. Ideal for spending days with friends and family. For those who love being close to nature, as we’re committed to preserving the area. It’s not right on the shore, but it’s easily accessible. There’s a staircase that isn’t too steep, but older guests may find it tiring—it’s important to check the photos.

Estadia excelente, casa espaçosa e aconchegante, local seguro e sossegado.
