The house is on the 1st floor with access by stairs. The condominium has swimming pool with bathrooms, shower and deck / bar, garden / deck facing the sea with bathrooms, chairs, play ground and shower, lighted tennis court, damp sauna, fitness room, gourmet space and solarium facing the sea, bicycles, 16 security cameras, Wi-Fi internet, beach service with 4 chairs, coffee table and 2 umbrellas, staff accommodation, toy library, 24 hour concierge.
