Genel olarak konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık. Daha önce iş toplantısı amacıyla bulunduğum otelinizde, bu sefer eşimle birlikte spa/masaj hizmetinden de yararlanarak 1 gecelik bir konaklama yaptık. Otelin temizliği, konforu konularında memnun kaldık. Canlı müzik gecesinden çok keyif aldık. Spa'da aldığımız masaj hizmeti oldukça başarılıydı. Spa soyunma odalarındaki dolap kilitlerinin çalışmıyor olması, odadaki yastıkları pek konforlu bulmamamız ve akşam yemeğinde sunulan bazı meze, garnitür türü ürünlerin çok taze değilmiş hissi vermesi dışında bir sorunumuz olmadı. Küçük detaylar da olsa 1 gece için ve masaj vb hizmetler için ödenilen ücretler düşünüldüğünde karşılaşmak istenmeyen detaylardı diyebilirim.

Ailece gidilecek haftasonu tatilinde güzel alterna

Temiz otel, personel çok çözüm bulucu ve güler yüzlü, gerek resepsiyon; gerek garsonlar ve kat görevlileri işlerini güler yüzle ve isteyerek yapıyor bu çok güzel; yemekler süper, kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Sadece kapalı havuz küçük biraz, o da belki ilerleyen zamanda daha iyi hale getirilebilir. Benim için önemli değildi. Arabanıza rahatça perk yeri bulabiliyorsunuz bence bu havuzdan daha önemliydi. Çok teşekkürler

Tesis oldukça eski , çalışan personel genellikle güler yüzlü ve yardımcı . İki havuzdan birinin çocuklara kapatılması gerekiyor , çocuklar yüzünden erişkinler hiç yüzemiypr maalesef. Bu otele 2010 dan beri gelirim , yiyecek kalitesi maalesef bir tık düşmüş . Eakisi gibi olmadığını farkettim çeşit ve lezzetlerin .Yine de genel olarak 5 üzerinden 4 alır

Konaklamamız genel olarak memnuniyet vericiydi ancak odamızda 3 kere talep ettikten sonra ancak istediğimiz yastığı alabildik. Bunun dışında odanın balkon camını tamamen açmamıza rağmen yine de oda çok sıcaktı.

ücret-hizmet dengesi sağlanmamış, tamamen şişirilmiş bir otel. otelin kurulu olduğu alanın doğal harikalığı dışında ekstra bir durumu yok. sapanca-kartepe bölgesinde çok daha uygun fiyatlı otellerde konaklayıp, doğa manzaraları ve güzellikleri için gün içinde ticari taksi ile bile gezseniz, tatiliniz kesinlikle daha ekonomik olur.

We asked for an orange juice during the breakfast and it was extra ! They asked for the money for an extra water to your room ! Overall it was okay but the mentality of the hotel to make money from everythimg even from these tiny things make you feel very uncomfortable. You feel like you’re someone to be fooled!!! I wouldn’t prefer it again.

Nice hotel

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly. It is like a resort where families with small kids can enjoy their stay. The only problem was that we stayed during a holiday period in Turkey when the hotel was very crowded with long queues for the restaurant.

beklentinizi karsilayan doga ile içiçe bir otel.Biz kızımla çok eglendik.İnşallah hizmet ve kalite bozulmaz uzun yıllar ziyaret ederiz.İstanbula çok yakın olması ayri bir avantaj.Fiyatlar pandemi surecinde biraz yükselmiş ama temizlik ve otelin büyük olması içimizi ferahlattı.

Everything was good We liked the park behind the hotel, the staff were nice. The food (breakfast and dinner half board) was buffet that was variable Housekeeping needs improvement. They don’t clean the whole room

Otel genel anlamda ıyıydi temizlik ve yemekler gayet güzel ancak 29 Ekim Cumhuriyet Bayram'ı ruhu otelde pek yansıtılmamıştı .Çocuklar için 28 Ekim günü akşam bir pasta kesildi o kadar Mili Bayramlarda çocuklarınız ile gidilebilecek bir otel değil .Heryerin bayraklar ile süslenmesi gerekirdi.Cocuklara bayraklı balon degıtılabilirdi .Otelin en dış bahçe kapısına bir büyük bayrak asılmıştı o kadar girişte de yuvarlak bir masaya Atatürk resimleri konmuştu .Otelde 29 Ekim Cumhuriyet Bayram'ı değildir 10 Kasım kutlanır gibi bir hava vardı.

Kalabalık, cocuklu aileler için uygun değil.

Otel bolgenin en iyi oteli. Konumu guzel. Ancak cocuklu ailelere gore degil. Otelin pekcok imkanindan 14 yas alti cocugunuz varsa yararlanamiyorsunuz. Ayrica haftasonu otel musterisi disindakiler icin duzenlenen etkinlikler kalabalıktan bunalmanıza neden oluyor.
