It's on the quieter side of JR Sapporo station, it's about 4 min walk (without luggages) from station to the hotel. Staff are all very nice and helpful. Will come back to stay when I revisit Sapporo.

Good location

Twin room was small and AC was too hot and I couldnt switch it off so lucky I could open the window to the -7c outside! Location was about 10 min walk from main rail station. Also about 25 min walk from Odori park and Suskino areas. Could barely fit one suitcase in the room, and that was only by putting it on the desk and restong it on chair edge.

Good quality convenient hotel

We booked rooms at this hotel primarily for the location - its proximity to Sapporo Station, as well as rental car return. In that aspect, it did not disappoint. In addition, the staff helped by providing instructions about how to access the station, which is affected by ongoing construction. Overall, the staff were very helpful throughout: check-in was a breeze; the cleaning staff were responsive, the wait staff at breakfast were kind. One cautionary comment, however. The rooms are very small relative to the number of beds packed into them. We reserved two rooms for three guests. We ended up with a total of five twin beds, two of which took up space that could have been put to better use. The limited space remaining is occupied by a large desk and chairs. If you need space, say to put your luggage or to access the closets, I recommend that you upgrade to larger rooms. However, overall we found the hotel very comfortable and convenient. And I recommend it to other travelers passing through Sapporo.

Location to Sapporo station was good but lots of construction around building. Room was good with two twin beds. A little tight if you have huge (28โ€ or larger) suitcase. Very small mini refrigerator. Air conditioning worked great! Beds were comfortable. I loved the onsen (public bath) area for women. Very clean and comfortable. They had the shower area with little stools, shampoo, body wash etc. Lockers, hair dryer, water station. The washing machine and dryer also located in onsen area. Need credit card to use washing/dryer machine. Outside of onsen they have little popsicles. Also, eco-friendly hotel so can get supplies like toothbrush. Body wash cloth, bottled water, etc in lobby area. Overall, great find especially with onsen, near train station and places to eat. Also has mini mart (Lawson) around the corner from hotel.

Very nice hotel

very close to the city center, Sapporo station and major shopping centers. Room is small like other hotels in Japan. The twin beds were very comfortable. Staff are very nice. The hotel even has a small spa! Helpful to relax after a long day.
