Check in is by iPad and only in Japanese- I had to ask someone to call a local number for help checking in. (I am an English speaker and had no access to phone) staff spoke English but were not helpful as I had issues checking in. It was late. The location is not ideal though the place once you figure it out is comfortable.

Great for a quick nights sleep.

I booked this not knowing anything about traveling in Japan. Figured I’d get to the airport and figure it all out there and found this by the airport and thought it great for the price. And it was! Very clean and plenty of room for 1 traveler. All I needed was a place to lay my head and it was that and then some. The pillow provided was not great but it worked. The only bad thing I could say that really was bad is that the train runs right on top of it. Only noticed when I was awake. Never woke me.

Well-equipped with all the necessary tools, including refrigerators, microwave oven, cooking utensils, hair dryer, iron and iron board, clothes hangers, 50” TV compatible to airplay, usb and electric plugs and 2 comfortable chairs, which provides an excellent private space not only for individual accommodation, but also entertainment and enjoyment. Reasonable walking distance of about 15 mins from JR station, and there are convenient stores like 7-11 & Lawson, and a good variety of local restaurants along this 15 minutes’ walk. The inn itself is converted from container placed right next to a footbridge with free parking lots provided, but the container itself is not well soundproofed. (I was waken up by neighbours leaving early at about 0530). Other than that, the surrounding areas are pleasant and quiet. It might be a bit remote for single female, especially for those coming back after 2100. Overall, It’s my first time staying at this kind of container inn, the experience for me is totally incredible.

サービスは控えめですが、その分 誰にも干渉されず、静かに自由に過ごせます。

いわゆるコンテナタイプのようなホテルですが、2部屋が隣り合わせになっていますので、プレハブタイプなのでしょうか。 チェックインもチェックアウトも事前に送られてくるメールをもとに受付棟にあるタブレット端末で行い、発行された暗証番号で部屋の電子ロックを解錠して部屋に入りますので、人と対面することはありません。 駅からは若干離れていますが、部屋の前が駐車スペースなので、車での利用はとても便利です。部屋もベッドもゆったりですし、大画面TVや2ドアの冷凍冷蔵庫の他に電子レンジや電気ケトル、ミニシンクに台所洗剤とスポンジ、使用しませんでしたがIHコンロ、全自動洗濯機まであります。風呂もバスタブ付きで、とてもくつろげました。 あと、コンセントやUSB-Cの電源端子などがベッドサイドやテーブル周りにあるのも良いですね。 気をつけなければならないのはチェックインの締切時刻が早めで、日が変わるより前に終了してしまうことです。メールをよく読んでいなかったため夜半過ぎの到着となり、メッセージでのやりとりをいただくなど、スタッフの方にはご迷惑をお掛けしました。 もう一つは、夜中だったせいか、他の部屋からの音などは全く聞こえず静かに休むことができましたが、部屋の中を歩くとプレハブの建物のように足音が響いたので、隣の部屋の方には自分の足音が聞こえていたかもしれません(確か、注意書きで「夜は静かにしてください」というようなことが書いてあったので、騒音を出さないようにしましょう)。 スタッフはおらず、食事サービスなどもないので、ゆったり素泊まりのスタイルです。 私はクルマを借りていたので、夕食は札幌でラーメンを食べ、すすきの市場のおにぎり屋とセコマでいろいろ買い込んで来て、夜食と翌朝の朝食にしました。部屋の中にアイスクリームが溶けない2ドア冷凍冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあるのは便利ですね。 ただ、もし贅沢を言わせていただけるのであれば、チェックインを明け方までとは言わないまでも、午前1時くらいまでは普通に受け付けてほしいこと、あとは料金でしょうか。 以前、千葉でコンテナホテルに泊まった時は、1部屋ずつ独立で騒音の心配はなし、受付棟には24時までスタッフが居て、食事がない代わりに1食分の冷凍食品をもらえて6千円くらいでした。 インバウンドの方にはお安いのでしょうけれど、都市部ではないので、せめて某ビジネスホテルチェーンレベルの料金にとどめていただけるとよりありがたいです…もっとも、値段が下がると予約しにくくなってしまうので、安ければ良いというものでもないのですが…。 ということで、完全に割り切ったサービス提供ではあるのですが、その分誰にも干渉されず静かに過ごせますので、ホテルのようなサービスが要らないならとても良い選択肢の一つだと思います。 お世話になりました。

快適に過ごせました

チェックインはかなりですが、こういうシステムだと慣れてしまえば楽かもしれません。 洗濯機や小型キッチンが部屋にあるのは3日以上宿泊するときありがたみを感じそう。 今回は洗濯機を使いませんでしたが乾燥機があるとより使い勝手が良いと思います。あと、せっかく大型のテレビが設置されているのでBS放送が見られればなお良いかも。

お世話になりました。 以下コメントです。 ・タオルの交換、快く対応いただきありがとうございます。乾燥機がないので洗っても乾かない可能性があるので追加でお願いしました。 明確に3日目からは有料などで対応可能と最初から記載しておけば宿泊客の判断で決める事ができます。 ・洗面台の排水溝に細かいものが落ちそうです。詰まってしまうと対応が大変だと思うのでゴミ受けのようなもの(100円ショップで打ってるレベルでいいと思います)をつけて欲しいです。 ・チェックイン、初めては人は戸惑うと思います。タブレットで呼び出してもどなたも出ませんでした。タブレットだと文字がすごく打ちにくいです。 ・チェックイン後、部屋にいく駐車場は センサー照明にできませんか？ 周りはとてもくらいのでちょっと怖いです。 ・周囲はあまり何もなくて暗めなので女性は夜間のチェックインは気をつけてください。 ・千歳駅までは15分ほど歩きますが、すぐ近くに朝日町7丁目というバス停があります。 Googleマップなどでバスの時間を確認すれば 空港、駅へのアクセスはかなり楽です。 (共にバスで10分ほど) タクシーより安くつきます。 ・部屋はそのほか不満はなく快適に宿泊できました。また北海道に来る時は利用したいのでこのようなコメントを記載しました。

一時的に風呂から下水の匂いがしたのが気になりました。周りにコンビニや店はありません。ただ、スタッフや他の客とも顔を合わせることがありません。専用駐車場があるので、車で来れて静かに過ごしたい人にはお勧めです。

5泊間不満一つもなく、大満足です。 部屋もトイレも全て綺麗でした。 特にトイレが真っ白でピカピカ…！ 遊んだ後にリモートワークの仕事がありましたので、こちらの長いデスクと椅子を見て選びました。 デスクワークに最高な環境でした。 キッチンや洗濯機も綺麗で…今度はもっと長い期間泊まって料理もしてみたいですね。 次の北海道旅行でまた千歳に来ることになったら絶対こちらのホテルに泊まります。 ありがとうございました！
