Great location- easy to find and access the shopping arcade with lots of dining and shopping options. The station is closeby and the staff is friendly and helpful. Love the option of the hot bath. The hotel offers free drinks and ice cream on the second floor.

Lobby staff was super helpful and spoke many languages. Assisted us with shipping luggage and gave us an additional box. The room was clean and spacious but bland (like white walls and nothing else kinda unnerving) and I wish I had more than one pillow.

Pros: Near the shopping area. Staff is helpful and nice. Cons:The shower water keeps fluctuating—sometimes strong and sometimes weak. Connecting rooms are great for traveling with friends but the room is too congested for 3 persons
