our room was huge with separate lounge area and a great view of the river. comfy bed, and large bathroom, and 2 toilets! on our 3 night stay, we were given complimentary breakfast, free flow happy hour, 10th fl lounge access, and parking! amazing. plus their sauna and big baths were a wonderful surprise. great location, quiet but easy walk to everything. hotel was clean and well maintained. only downside was the strangely uncomfortable furniture in our room. plasticy sofas impossible to get comfortable on. strange… but we would stay here again when we return to sapporo!

Slightly far away from the heart of Sapporo with scheduled free shuttle bus. Other than that it is an old western style design hotel. Room is spacious with a large bathroom. They provide drip coffee instead of instant ones which is something new to me. Staff can speak good enough English.

Although the hotel is not at downtown Sapporo, it's only 15 minutes walk away. There is also shuttle to and from the downtown area daily. Sauna facility is awesome to relax for the night. Lounge is available for coffee and tea all day long. Overall great experience

The room is Spacious with old charm of the expensive bubble Japan, Nicely appointed European style Furniture yet waiting to be updated for new necessities such as power plug and adopters for phones, proper placement for hot water kettles , etc. Staff is very professional, courteous and nice. We stayed in premier hotel towards the end of our trip. And it was excellent, massive room with an amazing view of river, Lawson was right next to the hotel and only 10 mins walk to the city. I’d highly recommend this for a nice relaxing time in Sapporo.
