The rental is a 4 bedroom house located in Gulf Gate. Just outside of the neighborhood is an area with a large amount of restaurants and bars. Kolucan, Food + Beer, Mellow Mushroom, Sal's Pizza, Brine, Gecko's, and Captain Curt's are all super close. The house is 5 minutes to two Publix stores, Starbucks, Chik-fil-A and a UPS Store.

You will receive a door code and have access to the entire property during your stay. The garage is accessible, however, you will be asked to park in the driveway. This is our second home, and we keep our Jeep in the garage. We have cameras on the exterior of the building so we can see who is coming and going. And to ensure security. No cameras inside.

Parking is easy over here. You can park in the driveway or on the street if needed.

If you're interested our property manager, Isis, is a professional chef. We can tailor any food needs ahead of time, or create a meal experience one evening for you and your guests, just ask! This is not included in the rental and will cost extra.

We always have coffee, tea, and fruit for you in the kitchen during your stay.
