ProsKingston Arms - Excellent, central location of property to many attractions. Easy ability to walk around the corner to St Armands Circle for food, drink and shopping. Walkable to local beaches. Mostly quiet at night and early mornings.Appliances in condo 23B were working well, though microwave was a bit dated...but still works. Water pressure, hot water, heat (cold week in FL) all worked fine. TV and apps worked fine as well.Condo had beach chairs and umbrella, so going to the beach was easy.Management Agency communicated often and thoroughly across all areas, except for comment below. ConsBooking/Management agency very communicative, except on weekends. I sent a note that the Wi-fi was not working on Friday and it took a few days to get a response with the solution. The information in the room appears to be dated and newer information was available. Finally got connected, but most of our vacation was over. Able to work around through hot spots and wi-fi at other locations.Furniture was dated and outside of the bed, hard as a rock. So uncomfortable, that by the 5th day my back started going out and sciatic nerve started kicking in. Spent the last 3 days of vacation in pain. The couches are the worst. The bed is OK, but lumpy. The furniture and the back and nerve pain it caused, unfortunately outweighed the good, so 3 stars is best that can be given. Hopefully the owners address these shortcomings for the next guests.
