Location, location. location! Updated 3 bedroom, 1.5 Bath, finished basement with laundry/extra living/work space in a Modern home on the East side of Saratoga Springs. The best of Saratoga is just a short 10-minute walk to the center of Broadway. Whether it's shopping, dining, strolling through our lovely neighborhood or relax in our comfortable space. We strive to create an experience of comfort you'll remember for decades to come!

There is a duplex located in the rear of the main house, we do host guests in these two apartments as well. Fell free to keep to yourself or make some new friends and enjoy!

Traveling with a large group, ask us how to rent the main house as well as the 2 1 bdrm apartments in the rear!!
