Das Objekt liegt etwas 500 m von Straßenbahnendhaltestelle entfernt. Die beauftragte Reinigungsfirma hat gut gesäubert. Leider ist das Grundstück in einem nicht so guten Zustand, da keinerlei Pflege erfolgt. Kontakt ist sehr freundlich. Die Küchenaustattung ist dürftig. Die Jalousie in einem Zimmer ...
