Seaview, house for 7 Golfe du Morbihan

A few steps from the seaside, on the Gulf of Morbihan side, there is a lovely Breton stone house that can accommodate 7 people. The charm works from the outside with its blue windows and door, and its hydrangeas along the terrace edge.



We enter the living space with soft shades of white and wood, and we first discover a welcoming lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs, arranged around a wood-burning stove. Here, there is no television: you relax thanks to a good book found in the library, or around a board game. However, a video projector connected to the TV box internet is available for a cinema evening (access to Netflix, Canal+ and Disney+)



At the back of the room, a fully equipped kitchen. You will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave (for making popcorn for film night) and an induction hob for cooking nice meals. A dishwasher is also there to save you from this task. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker.



In the centre of the room, the dining room allows you to gather around the table. Another option for your meals: the terrace facing due west, perfect for your aperitifs and dinner in the sun in the evening.



You will also find on the ground floor a bathroom with shower and an independent toilet.



On the upper floor, you will discover the sleeping area and its 3 bedrooms. In the first, there is a Queen size bed (160/200). The second is more designed for children with its bunk bed - trundle and single bed. The third offers a Queen size bed, a desk (remote work possible) and above all a sea view over the Gulf of Morbihan. You can also enjoy this sea view from the bathroom, in which there is a sink and a bathtub.



For added comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal in the kitchen. The property plot allows you to park 3 cars.

On foot, choose your coastal headland jutting out into the Gulf and walk around it, between sand and pines. You will find fishermen and oyster farmers at the friendly markets in Arzon or Sarzeau. After these discoveries of local produce, you will discover with your family the historical gems of this South Brittany, at the Suscinio castle or near the ramparts of Vannes (32 km away).
