Pros: Hyggelig stue, velfungerende køkken med spiseplads Fin hastighed på Internettet God plads udenfor for børn at lege på Gode parkeringsforhold Venlige værter Cons: Huset bliver meget varmt at sove i når aircondition ikke er tilgængelig. Der er myrer i køkkenet, hvilket ikke er så lækkert, så mere bekæmpelse af disse, både inde og ude.
