Welcome to 842 Lake St., Unit 12, in Saugatuck! Available April to November. This charming condo has recently been redecorated with an updated kitchen and is fresh and clean waiting for you! Our professional cleaning crew and laundry service cleans everything on the beds between each guest, (from sheets to duvet cover and pillow shams). The cleaning crew also takes extra precautions by cleaning and disinfecting high touch surfaces to protect our guests.
This condo is perfect for a family of four or 2 couples (actually we love it just for the two us too!) It’s open concept is great for entertaining while enjoying the water view. The condo has a “master” bedroom with a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full bed. Both bedrooms have dressers so you can unpack your clothes and get comfy and don’t have to paw through your suitcase. There is a large closet in the dining room and master bedroom for stowing suitcases or hanging clothes, etc.
The open living room, dining room, and kitchen have views of Lake Kalamazoo. You will see the best sunsets in Saugatuck sitting outside on the patio furniture or sitting on the livingroom sofa. Enjoy the best view of the 4th of July fireworks right from the condo! There is cable smart tv and wifi in the comfortable living room where you can put your feet up after a day of shopping, boating, walking, bike riding, or whatever. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan and the living room has two paddle fans. All windows open for a good cross breeze.
If you are familiar with Saugatuck, you know that parking is at a premium. You are in luck; this condo comes with 2 parking spots on the premises!
The full sized kitchen has a ceramic top stove and quartz countertops, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, and blender, dishes, glassware, silverware. You may not need all of those kitchen appliances as there are many restaurants to choose from in both Saugatuck and Douglas, however, the view is so beautiful from this condo that you may choose to cook in and enjoy your meal outside on the landscaped grounds.
We think you will really enjoy staying at our vacation rental. Saugatuck and Douglas are so much fun and there is always something going on day or night. You can enjoy watching antique cars go by, plus walkers, and bicyclists. Located in the historic district, we are walking distance to both Douglas and Saugatuck , about 2 miles to Oval Beach and 1 mile to Mt. Baldhead! We’ve got it all! We invite you to spend a long weekend or a week at our little gem in Saugatuck, Michigan!

We had a great time at the condo! It was very clean and welcoming. Just a small suggestion-we went to run the dishwasher the night before we left and couldn’t find any detergent. We ended up just doing our dishes by hand, which wasn’t a big deal. We weren’t at the condo that much. It was hot when we were in Saugatuck, but the living room AC unit works well. By the evening, we were fine with the windows open in the bedrooms. Thank you!

Wonderful condo in beautiful Saugatuck

This is a lovely condo that is just a few minutes walk to downtown Saugatuck, It is perfect for a family or couple with comfortable bedrooms, a nice kitchen and living area. It is quiet with Kalamazoo Lake just across the street. My family loves staying here. You can't find a lovelier, more affordable condo in all of Saugatuck.

Great little place

We truly enjoyed the cute Lakeview cottage for our long weekend. The descriptors/ pictures provided on the website were exact and the owners were extremely attentive and helpful. This was a perfect spot for our family of 3. We especially enjoyed the location, as downtown Saugatuck is only a short walk away. We're looking forward to our next stay!

Really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Great location, walked to town. Condo was so bright, with lots of windows in living area. Everything was perfectly clean, nice linens/towels, and kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Weekend - Perfect Location

Mike & Teresa's condo was perfect for me and my two daughters for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. I wanted a place close enough to town that we could walk. It was perfect. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean, nicely decorated and very cozy. We all loved the windows with the view of the lake and watching all the people walk by. Thank you! We would love to come back.

Lovely property.

This condo is conveniently located close to downtown Saugatuck and has a nice waterview of Lake Kalamazoo. The living area is large and comfortable and the bedrooms are a nice size. The kitchen has everything you would need for meals though Saugatuck has many great restaurants. You are only about a ten minute walk to the heart of the city. The owners have a lovely property where our family loves to stay.

55th Wedding Anniversary Celebration with Family

PERFECT! That is the best way I can describe this beautiful gem. We booked the condo for my parent's 55th Wedding Anniversary celebration. The place is located close to downtown with a beautiful view of the lake. As soon as we walked in, we all sighed and our shoulders relaxed. You can tell that Teresa and Mike love their home and want you to feel right at home as well. We will definitely be back again soon to enjoy the lake view, comfy home and the delights of Saugatuck! :-)

Cute Place / Great Location

Me and my two sisters enjoyed our trip to Saugatuck and loved staying at this little condo. It was in a perfect location. The windows in the living room that looked out at the water in the distance was lovely! A few folks mentioned in previous comments about being caught off guard as the condo appears to be attached to a motel, but it's on the end and you don't really notice it once you are there. We really had the whole place to ourselves. Our car was parked in our parking space and we never had any neighbors. I would totally recommend staying here to anyone with 2-4 people. Very accommodating. We really only had one problem and it had nothing to do with the condo itself. There is currently construction going on next door and we had a few very early wake up calls courtesy of hammering. Other than that, a beautiful trip. Thanks for everything!

Awesome location

This condo is adorable. The beds and couch are super comfortable. We were there during an intense heatwave but the A/C and fans kept us comfortable. Parking is easy and it’s right between Saugatuck and Douglas which is perfect.The kitchen is small but has everything you need. I wish there had been a kettle.The bathroom is great. The shower head was good for my 5’4” frame but it could be too low for someone taller.The only thing that bothered me was that the whole place reeked of air freshener. We unplugged two that we saw but the smell was intense. Yuck

Nice stay at this property

My adult daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this property. This unit is the end unit of a row of one story connected apartments. It sits across the street from Kalamazoo lake so there is a bit of a lake view. Being an end unit there were lovely windows in the living room. Furniture is comfortable and very nice TV with ample options for viewing. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds were comfortable though pillows were pretty dense. Bathroom was also nice and towels great. The walk to town is about .5 miles. The location and surrounding neighborhood is very pleasant and quiet. It was chilly so we had to use the baseboard heating.
