The second floor features a newly renovated bathroom and bedrooms, while the open-plan first floor boasts a kitchen, living and dining area that opens to a wraparound deck overlooking the backyard.

As you drive down the long private driveway, you'll find the hidden cottage surrounded by pines in High Woods, with a front yard meadow and outdoor amenities such as a fire pit, propane grill, wraparound deck, providing outdoor lounging & dining and the occasional wildlife sighting. The bathroom is a luxurious spa-like experience, with a soaking tub, double vanity, and separate shower.

Guests have full access to the house, except for the crawl space and designated drawers. A comprehensive instruction manual with all the necessary information, such as wifi details and how to use the sofa bed, is provided so you feel right at home.
