"It was really strange and inconvenient that there was no one at the “reception” desk after 15:00. And the young woman at the restaurant on the main floor said she didn’t know anything about the hotel. We found our reservation slip and our keys and let ourselves into the room. Later in the evening, the girl who did not know anything suddenly knew enough to make sure we paid. Very odd."

There wasn't anyone at the hotel to answer questions and I had to call a number to get buzzed into the building. "The breakfast was really good. There wasn't always a receptionist available during the day and it was difficult to discern when they'd come back. The light in the corridor to the toilets wasn't working so I couldn't tell where the toilets were."
