Stayed in the king suite w/ hot tub. Bed was super comfortable. Lamps were very dusty, one had a cobweb connected from the ceiling to it. Only had less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. Pool floor needs repairs, peeling in large areas. Bathroom floors were dirty arould sides and corners. But overall it was oksy, would probably stat again.

Very run down! And I woke up with bug bites! The pool was gross, it had food at the bottom of it, the key cards didn't work, we had to get a new key card every time we returned to our room. We stayed in a suite and the pull out was a single, I've never seen that in all the suites we've stayed in, it was tiny. This hotel definitely needs some updates and cleaning for the price you charge to stay!

Customer Service Is Perfect

The hotel staff has made the stay all the more better and all of them so far have been extremely accommodating and very professional and friendly. I appreciate all that they’ve done.
