تفاصيل مكان الإقامة

Quiet cabin in the woods, only 10 min from downtown Helen

  • Enjoy a quiet stay in the woods at our peaceful cabin. You will have the whole place to yourself during your stay. Enjoy our 3 person hot-tub on our porch over looking the woods! Convenient location being 3 miles away from Unicoi Park and a 10 minute drive to down-town Helen.

FYI the name of the cabin is Pineview Terrace

    Other Things To Note
The road leading to the cabin is a little rough. We make it just fine in our cars( Honda Civic and Accord) but the ride can be bumpy at the end.

This place was exactly what we were looking for, perfect for two adults and our Frenchie. The property felt wonderfully secluded and quiet, the cabin was charming and spotless, and we especially loved relaxing in the hot tub.

This cabin was perfect for our stay with our dog. It is peaceful and very close to Unicoi, Anna Ruby, 2 hr tubing, and Helen center. The cabin is clean and offers essentials to a beautiful stay. Like the description says, the cabin is on a camp road, so understand that it has limited clearance for two passing vehicles. We did not find this to be a problem, residents and visitors made way when needed and were very friendly. If you want a quiet escape this is a perfect forest retreat.

Weekend getaway

It was a reall good stay, really good location. The only issue i had was the fireplace, it does not vent right so we had to open the doors because of the smoke!

Cabin is very dirty. I had to purchase allergy medicine to help tolerate the excessive dust and animal hair. The toilet had been used and not cleaned prior to our arrival. We cleaned the hair off the toilet and removed the feces marks. So, we did not have a good first impression. The longer we stayed, the more we noticed. The fridge makes a very loud noise. It is difficult to enjoy TV and sleep due to the fridge noise. The couch is completely wore out. One of the cushions is ripped. The shower is very dirty. Stained shower basin and there’s a crack in it, so no telling how much water has leaked behind the basin over time. The bathroom vent is so clogged with dust it sounds like the fan is struggling. The windows have blinds, but at night when the interior lights are on, we realized you can see straight into the cabin. That means zero privacy because you can see a cabin next to you and people can see the cabin as they drive by. The only safe place to change clothes is in the bathroom with the door closed. There’s a huge rip in the screened in porch, so I was nervous of animals getting on the porch. The positives about this cabin is that the water is hot and the water pressure is amazing, and the AC is cold.

Peaceful and serene!!

I really enjoyed this property. It was the perfect space for two adults and our doggo. Everything was clean and Greg was a great host. Trying to get in contact with him was no issue at all, all my questions were answered before booking. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful and serene getaway.

Quiet, Peaceful, Secluded

The cabin was larger than we expected. It is very cozy. The road to get to the cabin is rough and very narrow but you can make it with a car, if you are careful. If you are going in and someone is coming out you might have a problem, you must up to let them out. All the appliances in the cabin are modern and working well. All and all it is a very nice place to stay.

Great Stay!

The property is secluded and clean. The owner is great at communication, accommodating, and understanding. He was helpful with directions and answered the phone immediately. Super courteous and we highly recommend to anyone who wants an affordable relaxing nice stay. Also the TV’s are way larger than they seem in the pics! It was easy to watch from the bed and couch. The couch has a pullout bed. The WiFi works great. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and coffee supplies. The hot tub is clean and well managed. Overall great experience!
