"Our room was very cold when we got in so we turned the air down. Once the air was off the room was very muggy feeling. The carpet and bathroom floors didn’t feel clean. Throughout the night our air or fridge was making noise all night like a clicking sound. Overall felt more like a “higher” end motel vibes. Only plus really was how close it was to MOA and the pool was big even though we did not use it."

"A budget friendly hotel that does the job. Facilities were clean. Nothing spectacular but a great location, only complaint is I wish the beds were a bit bigger but again, for the price it was a fine experience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and even got me in my room a little early which I appreciated a lot."

"This hotel is wonderful! The convenience of being connected to the mall is unmatched. I booked two rooms and had them connected (there’s a fee to do this of $35 per room each night). It was a total of 6 between both rooms, so space was not an issue. The pool not being in service really sucked lol (it’s been down for almost a year). The king bedroom featured a very weird shower that my wife didn’t care for. The beds are surprisingly comfortable, but the pillows are terrible. The staff is phenomenal and helpful all around. The entrance to the rooms features tiled flooring and was very slippery when wearing socks. The hotel is very well maintained by staff, but the red chairs in the lobby by the restaurant need to be replaced due to frequent wear. Valet is reasonable, so be sure to tip! On Sunday, if you plan on eating in the mall, do so before 7 p.m. because they pack that place up and not a minute after. Oh, if you order from the restaurant Cowboy Jacks, be sure that it is the one in the mall and not the other location. But do yourself a favor and find something better because it really wasn’t that great."
