Relax and unwind in this elegant home in the heart of the landmark historic district. No matter what brings you to Savannah, this property is sure to make you feel right at home. This spacious rental has been recently updated to give you all the modern conveniences while still maintaining it's historic charm. Once you arrive, forget the car, step out the front door and enjoy everything that downtown has to offer, Forsyth Park is just around the corner and it's less than a mile walk down to River Street. Spend your mornings with a cup of coffee out on the balcony overlooking Gordon Street. Once inside you will find the bright and inviting living room which features large sofa. Inside the well stocked kitchen, you'll find granite counter tops and stainless appliances along with all the cookery needed to create memorable meals during your stay. Enjoy some quality time around our large dining table with enough room for everyone. Down the hall you will find two bedrooms and bathrooms. In the master rest your head on the plush King bed after a busy day of exploring our fabulous city. The adjoining master bath has been updated with a spacious walk in shower. The cheery second bedroom is equipped with a full size bed and flat screen TV. In the hall bath, you will find a tub/shower combo. This unit also comes with those little extras that help to make your stay all the more comfortable including: Washer/Dryer, Iron and Ironing board, hair dryers, Keurig coffee maker and FREE WiFi. Traveling with pets? We would love to discuss accommodating your four legged family members, but ask that you please contact us before booking to obtain approval for your pets. There is an additional $150 pet fee per pet and any pet bookings made without pre-approval are subject to cancellation. We look forward to having you as our guest and welcoming you to Savannah! Lovely and beautiful historic apartment. So well-located, we were able to enjoy the Saturday morning farmer’s market and nearby historic houses. Really loved our stay in Savannah here. The balcony was great to sit outside too!

Beautifful home in a great location

The condo is located on a quiet street that is close enough to walk to everything, but just far enough away from the madness that you aren't bothered by noise or countless people walking by. A great vacation spot that we will certainly use for our next visit to Savannah.

We stayed for 16 days in this lovely condo unit and loved every minute of it. We walked everywhere : parks, bay st, river street, restaurants and shopping. Our April 2024 Visit to Savannah

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment near Monterey Square and Forsyth Park in Savannah. We were there for a wedding near the park, and the unit was a five minute walk from there. It was very convenient. Check in was a breeze, the place was spotless, the beds were comfortable and it was great to have two full baths. The neighborhood was wonderful and the place had old world Savannah charm. We would definitely stay there again. Walter and Peggy

Wonderful property, great location, superior service

This is a beautiful property that is adequately furnished, nicely decorated and is perfectly located very close to Monterey Square and Forsyth Park. Loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the great Savannah scenery. Nichole, our manager, was very responsive in addressing a minor issue and being available to answer questions. You can’t go wrong with the unit we were in.

Perfect location

Everything was efficient while renting the property. Location in great location couple short blocks to Forsyth park. We had our little dog with us so it was perfect. Water pressure in master bath very low when trying to make the water cooler. If you like super hot showers it will be fine.

This was a beautiful home- bottom floor was our condo and was very nice. Location was wonderful if you have the ability to walk you can get to the waterfront by walking. Many parks including Forsyth right down there street. Weren’t too many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. But the condo itself was wonderful. Had morning coffee on the front balcony each day. It was a great place to stay!

Perfect Savannah Getaway!

The apartment was incredible! Gorgeous master bedroom and dining room. Living room looked out to a quaint wrought iron balcony and was furnished so comfortably. Kitchen was roomy and had everything including a wine cooler! Very authentic period decor. There are many repeat visitors that I read about in the guest register. Understandably so. We will definitely return.

Nice but I could tell the cleaning service was haphazard

Everything was great with the exception that the refrigerator had a really bad fish odor that was somewhat overpowering and tgeee was a huge hairball left in the shower. However the location and the ambience made up for the shortcomings. I wish they would have had some cleaners so I could have done a quick once over when I got there.

Nice Location

We visit Savannah often to see our son in college and like to stay in different homes around the city. The location was great and near all that Savannah has to offers. The agent worked with us to get us in at 3pm so we could get ready to go out. The home definitely needed to be cleaned better. We found food on the living room couch, hair and worse of all a half a table of some type of medicine on the master bed end table. My wife just told me now as I'm writing this review about the medicine because she knew would have left the home.

Excellent location on tree-lined street

My family of 4 adults fit comfortably in this 2 BR 2 Bath apartment in downtown Savannah--residential district near the parks. The second bedroom is small with room for only a double bed. We had one person sleep on the pull-out couch in the living room. Pros: Excellent, beautiful location 10/10. The apartment is nicely decorated and has lots of space. Cons: The shower was difficult to manage with large amounts of water leaking outside of the shower onto the bathroom floor. The bathrooms were cheaply renovated. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo in Savannah.

Month in Savannah

We stayed a month in Savannah and stayed in this wonderful "home". I say home because it really did feel like home and not just a rental property. The place is beautiful and has an awesome location. The house had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the place was incredibly clean when we walked in. We loved sitting on the front porch in the morning and evening with our coffee or drink. We do a lot of VRBO and Alicia by far was the most attentive manager we have dealt with, even in the midst of a hurricane bearing down on Savannah! (luckily it missed). She answered our questions and put us at ease since we were delayed a week because of the weather. She clearly takes her job very seriously and is concerned about her guests having the best experience they can have. We are already booked for another stay at this home! Looking forward to it and the wonderful southern hospitality. *The only thing I can suggest and it would be going above and beyond...we would have loved to have a couple beach chairs to use. We went to the beach several times and also we went to Jazz fest in Forsyth Park and would have loved chairs or even a big blanket. We ended up buying beach towels which was fine. Just a suggestion, and it in no way took away from our overall experience with this property. We loved it!
