The elevator was out of order during our stay, so the room was changed last minute. With the elevator being down, it would have been nice to receive some assistance with getting my bags to the room.
The room had some issues as well. The shower was clogged to the point where there were several inches of standing water. When I asked for help with the shower, the staff were less than friendly and at first gave a quote to repair the shower that meant it would not work properly during our entire stay. Luckily, they did fix it by midday. The bathroom plumbing made loud, strange noises that woke me up during the night.
The morning team seemed short-staffed as when calling for valet, there was no answer and it took longer than normal to get assistance, about 15 minutes.
Positives - the evening valet person was incredibly friendly and responsive and check-out process was quick.
