The rooms need refurbishing, carpet needs replacing, bathtub reglazed and walls need painting. The room smelled and looked fresh. The linens were clean fresh. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was safe and convenient.

Property is decently clean, beds comfortable, breakfast good, staff helpful and kind. Be aware, there are currently NO "Handicapped Rooms" ! They advertise these rooms and even have pictures online, however there are none. Spoke to owner and staff, both stated there are no handicap accessible rooms, however they were going to start remodeling to add for handicap. I traveled with 84yr old who almost slipped in shower (no grab bars or mat on floor). Owner did help find a room possibly safer and he brought a tub mat. This was helpful.

I traveled to Savannah and stayed here for my daughter’s engagement party and as a woman traveling alone, the property itself felt safe. The hotel is clean overall, but dated. Lots of peeling wallpaper and a little shabby, but it served my purpose.

Very affordable. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff at front desk made check-in quick and easy. Fantastic service, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had with a large variety to choose from.
