The hotel was incredibly quiet in August- we had the huge dining room to ourselves so it was almost rather eerie! The decor is a little faded but so what?! The location by the lake is lovely and the whole area very calm and peaceful. The lake was great to swim in using the hotel's dock. The best things about the hotel were the staff (although we really only dealt with one young lady who seemed to do everything and was always on duty!). She made our stay by allowing us to change rooms, (and upgrading us!) as we had booked a room with a double bed. The menu in the dining room was comprehensive and the food absolutely delicious. Breakfast offered plenty of choice too, even though there were only a few guests. Value for money - we had a very relaxing stay.

Kai ihan ookoo..

Kokonaisuuteen nÀhden kovasti ylihintainen, henkilökunta ystÀvÀllistÀ, tilat siistejÀ, saunaosasto mukava ja vesi miellyttÀvÀn lÀmmintÀ. Huoneissa ei ollut baarikaappia/jÀÀkaappia, huoneen molemmat(!!) yövalot olivat pimeinÀ, telkkari pieni ja vanhanaikainen, aamupala hintaansa nÀhden vaatimaton: Molemmat mehut loppu, muna-nakki-pekoni kaikki kylmiÀ ja leipÀvalikoima surkea ja sekin mitÀ oli, kuivaa. Lopuksi tulleet karjalanpiirakat pelastivat hiukan. Vain yksi henkilö (yritti kyllÀ parhaansa) hoitamassa kaikkea tÀtÀ, joten siksi ymmÀrrettÀvÀÀ.

Erinomainen kohde lapsiperheelle

Hotelli oli positiivinen yllÀtys lapsiperheelle. Siisti ja puhdas tilava allasosasto löylyineen, altaalta suora kÀynti jÀrvelle. Hotelli sijaitsee upealla paikalla, huone oli uudehko, tilava ja puhdas. Henkilökunta ystÀvÀllistÀ. Vanhan rakennuksen putkistossa lienee ongelmia, kÀytÀvÀllÀ pieni vesivahinko ja sakka-auto kÀvi pihalla mutta meidÀn oloon ei vaikuttanut mitenkÀÀn. Tulisimme uudelleen :)

LÀmmintÀ vettÀ ei hanasta tullut, respan tÀti laski vettÀ minuutti tolkulla ja vÀitti vÀhÀ vÀliÀ ettÀ nyt tulee lÀmmintÀ. Ei tullut. Huoneen saimme lopulta vaihdettua. Vaikka hotellissa ei asiakkaita juurikaan ollut ei löytynyt toista perhehuonetta vaan saimme tavallisen huoneen. Perhehuoneessa ei edes ollut ilmalÀmpöpumppua mutta tavallisen huoneen ilmalÀmpöpumpussa ei ollut kylmÀaineita. Yön aikana oli ollut myös sÀhköt pois pÀÀltÀ koska puhelimet ei yön aikana olleet latautuneet. Aamulapala oli riittÀvÀ, kokki oli saanut loihdittua monipuolisuutta hyvin vÀhÀisillÀ raaka-aineilla. Hotellilta oltiin lÀhtiessÀmme pahoillaan epÀkohdista, mutta selkeÀsti toivottiin ettÀ lÀhdemme ilman vaatimuksia pois. Vaikka olimme sesonkiaikaan liikkeellÀ ravintolan keittiö oli kiinni perjantai iltana klo 20. KylÀn ainoa ruokapaikka n 3km pÀÀssÀ. Paikka on jÀmÀhtÀnyt 80 luvulle ja henkilökunnalla ei ole osaamista tai halua asiakaspalveluun. Jos haluat nukkua hyvin, suosittelen vÀlttÀmÀÀn tÀtÀ paikkaa
