Large, luxury villa with private pool, sleeps 10, sea and mountain views

Villa La Higuera

Large luxury villa with large private pool and panoramic sea view, 6 km from the beach with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The villa consists of two parts, each with its own kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and terraces that offer a lot of privacy. The accommodation is ideal for a larger group, family or friends and also offers privacy to e.g. two families or four couples.

The villa with 11. 000 m2 land has a beautiful, natural garden with a large variety of fruit trees and palms. There are several terraces around the house and pool (total 330 m2), which offer a magnificent view of the sea, mountains and valleys. In clear weather you can even see Africa.

The large pool of 10 x 4. 5 m has an outdoor shower and a toilet / changing room. There is also a special bar area with fridge and there is a barbecue. The villa is easily accessible via a paved road with secure parking for several cars behind an electric gate.

Inside is tastefully decorated and includes everything you need, a modern kitchen with all appliances, bathroom with toilet, bath and / or shower, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room and a cosy pellet stove in the living room. Two large living rooms with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and free wireless internet. Electricity use is deducted from the deposit.

Beautiful villa in the mountains

We were two families comprising 4 adults and 5 children. The villa was just perfect for our holiday and had everything we needed. It was in a peaceful location with amazing views of the sea and mountains, yet still only 15 minutes from the town and beaches. The pool area is fantastic and kept the kids busy all week. Highly recommended!

Wonderful spacious Villa, I would recommend this.

The villa is beautiful, spacious and well appointed. The living area is large, with open plan kitchen which is lovely. The outside sitting area is spacious and shaded with great views. There are beautiful gardens with plants and palm trees. The pool is large and views from the pool area over the coast are lovely. You can sit out at night and see the coast and sea. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and spacious, four bathrooms, shaded car parking and local supermarkets. The owners met us and showed us around, and were in touch during the week to check everything was ok. I would recommend this for any family group.

Belle demeure sur les hauteurs de Sayalonga

Très belle propriété, un peu difficile d'accès avec une très belle vue sur la mer Méditerranée. La maison permet d'avoir des logements indépendants, les chambres sont très confortables. Très bon accueil. Prévoir un budget pour l'électricité d'environ 200€ la semaine sans abuser sur la climatisation.

Family holiday

Absolutely gorgeous villa for group of two families used upstairs and downstairs plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children one being a teenager ,everything you needed was there ,easy to get to from airport ,easy to get to other places ,lovely and quiet ,beautiful pool with lovely surroundings can not fault the property at all we all enjoyed it immensely,one thing was not prepared for was the cost of electricity knew we had to pay for it but thought it was rather expensive,but it is read as you check in and again when you check out ,still a really lovely villa though absolutely 5 stars

Super séjour

Grande villa sur les hauteurs de la Côte méditerranéenne, cette villa est parfaite pour accueillir 2 familles, chacun son espace. Accès un peu escarpé, mais vite oublié par un confort et une vue magnifique et dépaysante. Très bon contact avec chaques personnes s'occupant de la villa, surtout le jardiner qui est très sympathique et de très bons conseils. Très bon restaurant aux alentours, surtout "Mesón Morisco" dans le village. Très bon séjour à renouveller.

Fantastic Villa in a fantastic setting

I love a villa in a scenic setting with great views. This has always been a priority for me. I think I can say that Villa La Higuera surpassed my expectation in this respect. It has stunning views of both mountains and sea with many different terraces to enjoy the views from. The villa is fairly high up a hillside, but the road is accessible and not a difficult drive. It is not so high that the temperature drops though, in fact we found it a couple degrees warmer at the villa than at sea level. The villa has 2 discrete living areas, ideal for 2 families which we were. But we only used the bedrooms from the slightly smaller living area and enjoyed the kitchen and al fresco dining of the larger living area. Our party consisted of four adults and two kids so that arrangement worked well. That said, the smaller living area had more than adequate kitchen / lounge / dining facilities if 2 parties wanted some separate occasional downtime . The pool is larger than most and is fenced and gated making it very secure as well as endless fun for the kids (aged 6 and 2) in our group In addition, our hosts, Jacob and Ingrid were friendly and hospitable arranging a cot and highchair for the kids. All in all, a perfect stay. Thank you Jacob and Ingrid

Casa perfecta

Muy buena estancia. La casa es muy grande y con dos partes separadas que facilitan la intimidad al ir con la familia. La piscina es espectacular y los anfitriones muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Totalmente recomendable.

El alojamiento es cómodo, teniendo en cuenta las limitaciones de una casa en el campo y con un difícil acceso. Solo tiene aire acondicionado en 2 habitaciones y en las horas centrales del día el salón o las otras 2 habitaciones no se podía estar por el calor. Además las 2 habitaciones sin aire no tenían una buena ventilación. Los propietarios amables y atentos.

Perfect location for a complete break.

The property is really a home away from home. Lots of space inside and out to congregate or find some peace and quiet. Jacob and Ingrid were the perfect hosts, providing some welcome supplies and great information on what was in the area. The location is stunning and photos can never do the views justice. Only 10 mins from the beach, but going up into the hills is better! Would thoroughly recommend the property for a relaxing location to get away from it all, and we would definitely stay again.

Das war wirklich Urlaub

Nach dem herzlichen Empfang durch Ingrid und Jacob haben wir das geräumige Haus, den wunderschönen Ausblick von der Terrasse und den schönen großen Pool genossen. Das Haus liegt am Hang mit Blick auf das Meer. Durch die mehreren Terrassen gibt es immer eine Sonnen- oder Schattenseite. Das Haus war schön eingerichtet und der Garten mit Palmen, Hibiskus und Obstbäumen gepflegt. Sayalonga ist ideal gelegen, um Andalusien zu erkunden, wie Granada, Cordoba, Malaga oder Ronda. Wir kommen gern wieder.
