Absolutely amazing property. This was the last stop on our 5 week tour of southern Italy and Sicily, and a perfect way to end our trip. Our room was beautiful, super comfortable and well appointed, stepping right out onto the patio with infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Staff and owner Sergio were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with fresh cooked to order options. Thoroughly recommended.

Pretty amazing house with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Sergio is a wonderful host. Breakfast is more like a restaurant breakfast style service than hotel stay. Great value.

Big mansion, B&B style

The property is a big mansion with lots of rooms so it’s like a B&B style . The couple of the house were very great with me. The night that I came I was late. The man stayed up to open the gate for me to come in with my car. They cook the breakfast for me in their kitchen. The room was nice , had a pool and a nice view from up top of the mountains .

This was out first stop after almost 24 hours of travel. Sergio was the BEST and made sure we had everything we needed in the way of a delicious breakfast each morning and recommendations for the day. He even picked us up from the train station. 5 STARS or more if we could. Grazie millie, Sergio. We hope to see you again someday!

An absolutely besutiful property. Breakfast is served outside around the pool at 8:00 am. It is clean and manicured with ample sitting available outside. Bed was very comfortable as was the pillow selection. Each room has a tv and French doors that open to the patio. Below is access to a parking garage for two cars. Bathroom had great pressure, hot water. Toiletries are provided. Closet and mini fridge in room as well as a/c. Victorio and staff very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

What is not to love about La Suite de Faro! The property is gorgeous, the view is gorgeous, the interior is gorgeous, and our room was also gorgeous. It’s almost like having your own little estate, especially this time of year. Sergio was a very gracious host, making us tea and espresso with cookies upon our arrival, and gave us excellent recommendations for our dinner afterwards. We both had a great sleep, and awoke to a personally made breakfast with a few choices. We sat and ate breakfast overlooking the ocean prior to leaving for Sicily and Taormina. We booked last minute as our plans fell through and we needed a place to stay. We booked the night before and wish we could have stayed a couple more evenings. Sergio rocks!!

It was amazing. I have traveled all over the world but have never experienced better service. Vittorio, the manager was amazing taking care of everything in a friendly and efficient manner. The home is absolutely breathtaking I felt like a King in my palace.

Not much more that I can say about this property that hasn’t already been said. The maître d’ is exceptional at his job, and the property is a five star endeavor and experience. Breakfast is fantastic, served properly and with smiles and warm greetings. The pool area is exceptional for lounging in the afternoon or anytime of the day and is rarely if ever crowded in anyway. Everything is exceptionally clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a five star resort experience at a fraction of the cost, this is the place. Enjoy!

This hotel breaks the 10-point character scale

This luxury house is a jewel for a traveler. So tasteful interior, so many charming details, so extremely clean, that it feels that you are like home - an out-of-bounds nice home! Which it, by the way, also is. Add Vittorio to this, the man in charge, who is so attentive and caretaking that you fill your heart with pleasure when you think back on your stay. We should have stayed much, much longer, but we must definitely come back to this wonderful place. Could any place get more than 10 points, this would be it. We miss you, Vittorio. We'll be back.

La Suite del Faro sits in a residential area on a hill with outstanding views of Scalea and the sea. The outdoor area is a beautiful large terrace, where we enjoyed a splendid breakfast served by the hosts. The room felt luxurious with a very comfortable bed, mini fridge, and great bathroom. The owner had taken extra measures to insure the room's cleanliness during pandemic times. Parking is in an enclosed garage below the house; guests are given a fob for independent access to it. It is a five-minute drive down to the town and beach area, where you can find good restaurants and amenities. The owner was very kind and helpful, available to assist while offering guests complete privacy.
