"Stayed here for three nights whilst we explored Copenhagen. About a 10 minute walk from Central Station. Check in was simple via the automatic system. Lifts were easy to access and clean. The room was a twin which was compact but ok for our purpose. The room was clean and tidy. The en suite was also compact but again clean and tidy. This is a great place to use as a base. No noise, guest or staff issues. Everything was perfectly adequate. The photos on the websites are true to form and give the dimensions of the room also so you know what you’re getting when you book. Main reception was clean and open, staff were approachable and helpful. All in all a very successful trip and wouldn’t hesitate to return."

"This is a reasonably priced hotel. The food was excellent, my room was made up nicely every morning. The room was a bit small, but adequate. I did not interact with the amenities because I was very seeing Stockholm."

"Upper House was definitely that. I stayed in Gothia Towers and then did an upgrade for two nights. It was a good stay in both places but they certainly turned up a notch at Upper House. The spa was wonderful. Not too crowded as they made reservations. The saunas and Hamam room were very nice. Pools were warm and well maintained. Breakfast at both places was good but I was able to get made to order breakfast at upper house which was very nice. Service was superb in both places, The staff were helpful and friendly My only feedback would be to expand the menus at the in hotel restaurants. The pizza at The Corner was nice and fresh."

"My Igloo was comfortable and I loved watching the sky. I had two nights where the Aurora was visible at the edge of the earth. My 4th night the entire sky was auroras for 2 hours. Spectacular!"
