Newly renovated apartment in a historic 19th century building. Ceiling with exposed beams, terracotta in the ground, an atmosphere of other times without sacrificing comfort. Two bedrooms one double and one two beds plus a sofa bed in the living room for a square and a half. Completely renovated bathroom with shower. Equipped kitchen and dining area. A breathtaking view of the village of Scansano just 20 minutes from the Mulino Falls with sulphurous water at 37 °. the village of Scansano, home of the Morellino di Scansano red wine, houses a wonderful theater, the Museum, and a very fascinating historical center.
