Conveniently located 4 km (3 mi) from Scarlino, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 91 km (56 mi) from Montalcino. Campo Valerio is a lovely stone building (300 sq m) with private pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to 13 people comfortably in seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms. If you'd like to visit the beautiful Tuscan coast, it's just a short distance to the sea (7 km 4 mi).

The sea is 6.5 km far from the villa.
The property is not completely fenced in, so animals can roam freely.
We accept animals of any number and size, but although the property is very large (about 13 hectares), we cannot guarantee adequate enclosure.
