The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We arrived at night after a very long day of travel. Daniela was gracious enough to let us store our bags in the office before we went upstairs so that we could get a bite to eat before the restaurant closed. The bed was comfortable. The room was compact, but very intelligently laid out. The breakfast buffet, though not included in the price of the room, was excellent. The train station was just a block away, as was the charming Old Town of Schaffhausen. We were very pleased with our stay.

Good Location

The location was good for anyone traveling by car or rail. Schaffhausen is a gem of a town often overlooked by Americans traveling Switzerland. Clean modern rooms and a nice breakfast.

Clean, beds comfortable, pillows awful. Disappointed that no kettle , tea/coffeee making facilities in room as this is a must for me upon waking. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient location.

My expectation is usually low for those hotels near train stations, but this hotel was an exception; it was clean and quiet. The staff was very kind. The only complaint is that water does not drain well in the shower room.

This hotel was in a great location. Rooms were a nice size, clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the internet was very slow. Since we were trying to work while there, this was a huge problem. From the room, it was nearly impossible to zoom and they did not have a quiet place from which to work with good internet. They need to upgrade their system.

A minute from tge traun station. Very tiny room for 3 bdes, there is no space to walk anymore. The minibar is useless, hotter than temperature oitside. No aircon. The laundry facility is good but wouldnt recommend as it is use to wash rags byvthe staff.

System Prozedere stark verbesserungswürdig

Eincheck Prozess ist mies, obwohl bereits online alles eingegeben wurde (inkl. ID) wurde bei Ankunft am Desk alles nochmals abgefragt!? Auf eine Anfrage zur Parkplatzreservation erfolgte keine Antwort. Auf mehreren Kanälen (SMS, Whatsup) Infos, aber dies nur auf Englisch. Frühstück konnte bei Doppelzimmer-Belegung nicht nur für eine Person gebucht werden! Service vor Ort war aber tiptop.

Das Schlafsofa war eine Katastrophe, obwohl als hochwertig angepriesen. Jedoch wurde uns am nächsten Tag anstandslos ein anderes/zusätzliches Zimmer gegeben. Sehr großzügig! Ansonsten ein tolles Hotel mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern.
