"A brand new hotel so very clean and comfortable. The room was nice but sparse, by US standards. The breakfast was wonderful with ample choices and it had easy access to our activity.
The check in is a bit strange as there is no reception so you have to download their app and check in from there."

"The staff is very nice and polite. All of them.
It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us.

"Large place but was about twice as expensive as it should have been. Also the whole payment system was ridiculously difficult. We had to make multiple payments before arrival and then hundreds of Euros of cash upon arrival which took over 30 minutes to complete. "
